Totally enjoyable stay for the value of one night at the hotel at the time of our visit. Varied breakfasts with salty options, beverages plus a coffee machine provided by the especially helpful staff. Compact twin/double room, comfortable beds.

Hotel is in very central location, really near to main sightseeing places. It is very clean and efficiently run. Staff are professional, courteous, ready to give info but not pushy when it comes to do extra activities. I stayed in a standard room, very small but well equipped. They have deluxe rooms too, I guess they are bigger in size but facilities are exactly the same: air condition, en-suite bathroom, Tv, wireless, safe. Room service was very fast but not much choice. However they have 2 restaurants, one on the roof top (highly recommended for the view) and one at ground level. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice and fresh bread and products.
The cruise they sold me was really not worth the money (dirty ship, no roof on top so we all had to run downstairs due to the strong sun and could not enjoy the best of views, really lousy guide who just pointed a few palaces on the shores....) , but I know erboy itself do not organize outings. Maybe they can try and relay only on Companies that offer best service, so their guests are not dissatisfied.

Helpful, friendly staff at all levels. Room immaculate and very comfortable. Excellent value for money considering it's central location. Many of the main sights are within easy walking distance, and for those that aren't, Gulhane tram stop is 2 minutes away. Overall, I would thoroughly recommended this hotel as a base from which to explore Istanbul. As far as I'm concerned, it was the perfect choice for my purposes in every respect.
Hot breakfast selection could be a little more comprehensive.

Rooftop terrace views, proximity to public transportation, nearby historical attractions
The Wi-Fi signal often drops unexpectedly!!! Room keys deactivated multiple times, causing frequent trips to the front desk!!! A bit of attention to maintenance could enhance the overall experience!!!

The price was highly reasonable. breafast was good. location was good
The room. the carpet was stinking. very difficult to to stay in the room. the wash room tub was uncomfortable. Also the noises from adjacent washroom were coming. so much so u could hear the nise of teeth brushing. there was no refrigerator in the room. there was no arrangement to shift guest luggage to the room. so much so, on requesting to shift the luugage to the room as we had a baby with us, the receptionist replied very coldly as "we dont have such facility. you have to drag your luggage yourself, ok? I was surprised as I never expect such anser from a hospitality receptionist.the rest was ok.

The staff was very helpful. On the last night I got sick and needed to see a doctor. They called to a private hospital telling them that I will arrive and paid for the transport ( taxi from hotel - hospital and back ). I really recommend this hotel.

Our idea was to spend extended weekend in trying to discover the beauties of Istanbul. The choise of the hotel was rendom. And we did not make mistake. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, with excelent kitchen and extraordinary helpful and pleasent stuff. The location of the hotel is in a heart of old Istanbul. Many of things that have to be seen are near in foot distance. We spent three lovely days and nigts and we intend to be your guests again. We suggest to others to use the exelent service of this hotel. Thank you very much for pleasent stay.
